Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you book Fearny Films (Adam Fearnhead) for videography or photography. Your quote confirms the details of your shoot.

Booking and payment

A date is held once you accept the quote and pay a [25%] non-refundable booking fee. The balance is due [before delivery of the final files].

Cancellations and changes

If you cancel more than [14 days] before the shoot, the booking fee is kept and nothing more is owed. Later cancellations are charged at [50%] of the total. We will always try to move a date instead of cancelling. If we have to cancel because of illness or an emergency, you get a full refund.

On the day

You are responsible for permission to film at the venue and for letting attendees know filming is taking place. Outdoor shoots may be moved for unsafe weather.

Delivery

Edited files are delivered digitally within [X] days unless agreed otherwise. Each package includes [one] round of edits. Raw footage is not included unless agreed in writing.

Travel

Travel within [30 miles] of Merseyside is included. Further travel is quoted separately.

Usage and copyright

Fearny Films keeps copyright in all footage and photos. Once paid in full, you get a licence to use the delivered files for your own marketing and social media. Fearny Films may use the work in its portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to before the shoot.

Music

Films use licensed or royalty-free music. Using a commercial track you supply is your responsibility.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
